● Any kind of electronic devices (Ex. FET/MEMS/Sensors/Memory) and Integrated circuits and systems. Structure needs to be according to some renowned Journal reference or device roadmap guideline (Ex. ITRS 2028).
● Illustration should have a proper aspect ratio. Ex. Length of channel, oxide layer thickness, gate width etc.
● Each and every part of schematics should be clear and distinguishable.
● You should not submit any illustration by editing or reproducing any figure collected from the internet/Journal/Conference. In that case your submission will be eliminated.
● Proper color combination, color contrast, font size, font type etc. will carry a significant value.
● Any innovative design (except the core device structure) that makes the poster more attractive will carry some good points.
● Proper and clear explanation of the poster and device structure and operation is very much important.
